Gwen can't get pregnant, so she and Ethan are having a surrogate carry their baby. Theresa snuck into the hospital room where the surrogate was staying just before the procedure was to begin and switched places with the surrogate. Her plan is to trade Gwen and Ethan's baby for her own son (whom they have adopted after Rebecca successfully gained custody of him). I didn't watch yesterday's show though, so I don't know how successful Theresa's scheme was.
Luis and Sheridan still are clueless about Beth's baby. They probably won't find out for like another 5 years
