what else factors into to weight when you step on a scale?
I feel like Bridgette Jones sometimes.
HOW does one person gain/lose 2.5 pounds in 2 days/overnight/in two hours?????
I get on the scale last week before my break from the gym and I weigh one weight. I go on Saturday for the first time in a week, i have eaten about the same thing for the past week and I am suddenly 2.5 pound lighter. Not that I am complaining. But what's with all the weight fluctuation? This is why I keep telling my trainer i am not losing weight... cuz the scale says something different every time i go in.
ARGH! and i am really hungry too...
