It seems to go and come back quite a bit? It was on the ChitChat page I thought then migrated to the Message Index forum?
I checked the Systems
Financial site (the link can now be clicked on), they do a dues collection sorta thing (maybe similar to Omega et al) plus alumni donations programs and all sorts, oriented toward Greeks.
