If they used contraception "correctly" but she conceived cause it failed, then I dont think thats wrong. Cause whether or not her wishful thinking was to have a child, they did the responsible thing but hey, isht happens....
But if she knowingly lied or tampered with contraception then thats a whole 'nuther story! I would definately say shes in the wrong. Only problem is no one can really call her on it cause its hard to prove.
