If she has personally shown an interest in your sorority and has expressed a desire to be in your sorority then I don't see why you shouldn't introduce her to your sisters .

If she has only talked about rushing and came to you as a friend that she has known since high school for advice then I would let her go through formal rush and let her make up her own mind without any pressure from you as her friend. Sorry if that sounded harsh didn't mean for it to, just my thought process.

I can relate to your friends concerns. I was very apprehensive about plpedging since I was the oldest in my class and am also the oldest in my sorority (31). But like you I made my decision and it has been the best decision that I ever made and I would not trade my pledge sisters for anything in the world.
