The integrity of the greek system is all of our business. It's my understanding that there is a rule against being initiated into both an NPC and NPHC sorority. I don't know exactly where this rule exists, but I think that most of us here would agree that it does exist.
Sisterhood is supposed to be for a lifetime, not until someone feels like joining a different group. Assuming that this woman was initiated into Chi Omega, she should certainly not be a Delta. The problem here, at least in my opinion, is that there's no easy way for members of one organization to know whether someone has been initated into another, which is unfortunate.
