I would definitely be more upset to find out I had been driving in the wrong direction for two hours because that would mean two things: 1. I'm late; and 2. It's my fault! Both things would be unnerving. A traffic jam is annoying, but it can't necessarily be helped. Also, considering I have the misfortune of possessing a dismal sense of direction, I know how it feels to be off course and it drives me crazy
!!! On the other hand, in a traffic jam I can sit back, listen to some music, and try to ignore the shouts and unpleasant hand gestures exchanged between the cars
