He only cut her off after he gave her a chance to explain herself and she took a pass, choosing instead to respond with a glib comeback. Since it was obvious that she wasn't going to take any responsibility for what she had done, he moved on. Then Omarosa interrupted him, apparently deciding maybe she ought to make an attempt to defend herself after all. That's when he cut her off, and appropriately so.
After all she has said about others publically, after milking her "concussion" for all it was worth -- except when it got in the way of playing basketball -- she deserved a public calling-out worse than she got. I have no sympathy (or respect) for her or criticism of Trump on this count.

I agree. She was brought back on the show, which means that she was still part of the game, even though she was no longer "employed" by Trump.
