Seriously though, yes, as a private institution or private scholarship donors, they have the right to outline whatever behavior they want from the recipient.

As far as the Baylor hate, man. Baylor may be the weak sister in the Big XII when it comes to football, but their basketball(until recently) and especially baseball programs are usually very competitive. From what i understand, their non-revenue sports are usually pretty good also.

I don't mind Baylor-ites, they're usually pretty similar to Aggies(whether they want to admit that or not), pretty conservative and usually religious.

As far as academics, all i've heard about Baylor is that if you have enough money, you can get in. But the US Army thinks highly enough of their dental school to do a lot of work with them.

Basically what i'm saying is this, you can pick on your little brother all you want, but when someone else does, its wrong. Leave us Aggies our one whipping boy
