Where is the ACLU when you need them.
I know some people will argue that "if you're not guilty you shouldn't mind". But I don't want any more people people coming in contact with the criminal justice system than is necessary. Sure, they say they're just doing a swab, but will the dna samples be held for later use? I'm amazed that only ten men refused.
