I may not have posted the link right, but this thread is an excellent place to start. As far as colors and letters, you should choose things that mean something to your group. You might do some brainstorming among your members to decide what the goals and objectives of your group are to be and go from there. Regarding pledge pins or other membership pins, since you are starting out as a local sorority (I am assuming) you will probably have to have something made especially for your group.
