Yes, some of my fellow Southerners have that bad. I used to wear white shoes all the time, if the outfit demands white, wear white.
My best friend is a designer and she was always telling me, you KNOW that doesn't go right? So, instead of wearing completely white shoes, if I'm wearing perhaps white and baby blue or something, she helps me pick out shoes that are primarily white with a hint of the other color. But I always say, what about sneakers? Most of my sneakers are white.
According to her they don't count...Sigh Who Knows...The South Is....Well...Southern...lol
