I would tell them about all the other sororities that are COBing, but not about how that particular sorority faces disbanding. Then invite them to your events. Give them the choice of which sororities they visit for COB because you don't want to refer them away & make them feel like you don't want them to come to your events! And you don't want them to join Sigma Kappa if they don't feel @ home there.
