My favorite are Elmer's Goldbrick eggs and Heavenly Hash eggs. You can only get them in the New Orleans/Baton Rouge area (afaik at least, maybe other parts of LA get them). Their website is

The Goldbrick egg is solid chocolate with pecan pieces in it. It's about 3 inches long and about 2 inches thick, solid chocolate. It's heaven.
The Heavenly Hash egg is about 5 inches long, a chocolate shell filled with marshmallow and almonds.
In my family, its not easter without these two things. Everything else is just yankee crap!
