4 NPC organizations (I'm not sure if the most recent one is still a colony or if they received their charter this semester)
total is 50...I know the three older organizations here are over total (thanks to formal recruitment) and I believe that the most recent one is somewhere between 35 and 50 (not sure how they did with COB after formal recruitment)
