This is what I heard from our PCD for that campus.
"I have not heard anything, and since the pan total is set at 51, and not any of the houses are at 51 (or even close) I can't imagine they would have another chapter coming on campus."
BUT.......I heard from our NPC Delegate that she was told on March 30th that a vote was being held on March 31st.
