Who is an active brother of this organization? Who actually pays their dues to not only their chapter, but nationally as well to keep Alpha Phi Omega alive? Are we dealing with persons who are still stuck in the old ways of the fraternity and cannot become acclamated with the changes that have occurred or are we dealing with those brothers that have a paid active voice in the organization, who have become acclamated with the changes that the orgnanization has made, and who has the common decency to accept others no matter whether or not they are female, male, black, white, etc.?

as long as we are checking brothers up, let me speak my piece.
being that i am an alumni, i am not required to pay dues, but yes i do make contributions to the chapter at which i was initiated, substantial contributions at that. you can say that i am stuck in the old ways of the fraternity, but i would more or less say that i am ensuring that the traditions of our chapter have a future.
i am an alumni from an all-male chapter and would like to see my chapter remain that way. i dont disrespect female membership, and have accepted the fact that women are members of the fraternity.
i respect all members of Alpha Phi Omega as long as they respect me and the traditions that i stand for. you dont have to like me, just as i dont have to like you, but i will not disrespect your membership in the frat as long as you respect mine, and having said that there are a lot of things that i see that are blatant signs of disrespect. things such as using viking chants, or saying skeet skeet. you can say that you are a member and are privy to any rights that any other member is privy to, but i challenge you to find any where in your pledge manual where it mentions the frat calling out skeet-skeet, or having a call at all.
i am tired of watching co-ed members jock and mimic viking traditions, but then turn around and make vikings out to be the bad guys. not only do you disrespect us, but you disrespect yourselves because you mimic it and dont understand what it means and end up looking silly. i have mad respect for co-ed chapters that handle their business, do service, and uphold their OWN traditions, instead of stealing traditions from viking chapters and calling it their own.
