It's Baylor's right. They are a private institution and can do whatever they damned well please.
Right or wrong in this case is for them to decide. Individuals can judge for themselves, but something tells me Baylor isn't going to be very interested in what anyone has to say.
It's a Baptist University and the Baptist church ain't the most pro-gay institution out there. Perhaps these kids should go enroll elsewhere.
