What do you mean "you only rush one"? You can go to the rush events of as many different fraternities as you want. Don't limit yourself.
Unless of course you're talking about a HBGLO, then the process is totally different.
Let us know which kind you are interested in and you will probably get more helpful responses. Although, I think you should probably definitely NOT wear a dress.
