Sista, a someone who just went through rush a few months ago, lemme tell ya....you're gonna hear a lot of stuff about each sorority. You're gonna hear what reps they have, what guys they hang out with etc. Its ok to listen to what others have to say, but just remember you're gonna be the one in the sorority and you've got to choose who you feel comfortable around. Be sure you know how to dress for each night and even if your Rho Chi tells you its ok to wear pants, go for the skirt or dress. It'll look nicer and make a much better impression. Always sound interested, even if you've heard the same questions a bazillion times already. As the nights go along, the discussions are expected to get more in depth. For my school, skit night(normmally the night before prefs)was the time a lot of girls got cut because they didn't know to start asking more in depth questions to let the sorority know they were interested. If you've got a reasonable question, don't be afraid to voice it. Also, the most important thing: BE YOURSELF. Some girls may think they need to put on a show, but those sorority sisters can normally see that and they'll give you a bad report. If I gave any bad or incorrect advice, someone correct me. Good luck!
