One thing you can do is to read the description. If it is the real thing they will usually stress that it's 100% authentic. The fake one's may just say Louis Vuitton in the title, to get your attention, but may tell you it's not authentic in the description). If it says it's authentic you can check their feedback to see what other buyers have said about them. If a buyer has had a problem with there purchase not being real, the feedback will show that. I usually only do business with someone who has a feedback score in the high 90's. But always read to see what the people who leave negative feedback have to say.
Also a lot of the real Louis Vuitton purses will have the "LV" in the pattern of the purse, the fake ones sometimes don't.
