Yikes, T! Sounds like you're one of those types who doesn't think the coffee is strong enough unless you can stick the spoon in the middle of the cup and it stays upright!
As for me, I like my coffee cup filled half with coffee, half with hot milk and one sweet and low. I *think* that's technically a cafe au lait but I'm not sure.
