Caffeine is terrible for you! I have never seen a study advocating caffeine to lose weight! My dietician will tell you that caffeine is bad bad bad! And I'd rather trust someone that I can see once a month that I know has a degree & studied diets & nutrition for 5 years that someone who I've never met & decided to write an article. They may have degrees too, but I'd rather stick w/ the tried & true than try some new fad.
