I started smoking in middle school & quit cold turkey when I went to high school. I picked the habit up again in 2002 but I'm so happy to announce that I've quit! It hasn't been that hard, but I've chewed a lot of sugar free gum!
The only time I wish I could smoke again is when I'm drinking. Its so hard when all of your friends still smoke & encourage you to do so as well!
But I quit cold turkey again (a few weeks ago actually) & I'm going to do what I can to stay smoke free!
