Its a great house. Clearly needs some work, but thats the funnest part of the house - WORK DAYS. Plus the labor is free - round up all the brothers and AM's. Loved Saturday Work Days.

And thinking that Since Phi-Tau Zeta and Phi-Upsilon Zeta are THE EXACT SAME AGE theres no reason the same couldnt happen at UTSA with some hard work.
