It looks like there was a big misunderstanding that both sides are willing to realize. I say kudos to Mr. Tice for recognizing the problem and apologizing and also to Mr. Williams for willingness to forgive.
This is the way problems should be handled...quickly and with care, where both sides have a chance to be heard and resolutions are positive.
