I wish I had won the lottery! I made a pretty nice profit when I sold my condominium-so this is helping plus I have no husband or kids so the only person I have to spend money on is me (and my mom of course
).
I will do all of the painting myself as I have painted since I was a little girl (dad use to own a paint store in San Antonio so I spent a lot of time around paints/painters). Otherwise the rest will be left up to the contractor.
There is so many more things I would like to do-for instance a skylight in the living room, french doors leading out to the outside atrium- those will have to wait
