Here at NCSU, coucils seem to stay at opposite corners. Since DG is new to the school and we have the opportunity to do things our way, we really wanted to get involved across all the councils. When planning our first Anchor Splash (our big philanthrophy event) we were excited about inviting all of the councils (NPC, IFC, NPHC, and Collaborate Greek Council - CGC). We were very dissapointed when NONE of the NPHC Fraternities and Sororities responded and only one group from CGC was interested. It really upset us because we so badly wanted to bring the Greek Community together some. I guess we'll continue to try with mixers and stuff...but maybe it's "too late" for our campus.
