It is an issue of the Scholastic Scope magazine, the ones we would get while in school that would have "scripts" to TV shows and ABC After School Specials that students would read aloud in class and everyone would be trying to get the lead roles.
Well, I have the October 2, 1987 issue which highlights the Cosby Show episode "Vanessa's Bad Grade" (the Vanessa/Denise sweater fight), and have had this issue since 9th grade. I'm surprised I never threw it away.
BTW, the magazine issue had a different ending than the TV episode did, which IMHO was kinda corny.
Hmm, lemme reread this now...

OMG! I used to have that issue too, but I lost it! The only issues that I still have is the one with the script from that ABC Afterschool Special that was about the boy who had Down's Syndrome and his parents fought to keep him out of Sp. Ed. classes so that he could get his HS diploma and the other one was the script from the CBS Afterschool special about the girl that got a STD from her boyfriend. I think they still print Scope but without the TV scripts now.
What was the ending to that episode that Scope had? PM me.
