I read the whole article. It beggars belief that all that could happen in a modern metropolis!
I don't know whether it was a post-Columbine kneejerk reaction or what. The student seems to have been deprived of rights and common sense! I read that is a private school so the administration is not acting for congress per se, stemming any free speech x Amendment implications; don't know what the ACLU would say still though.
