Dug up a little more info on him. He lives closer to the Alpha Xi Delta house. He's harassed them as well. Probably has been a nuisance to the other two houses on our side of campus. Apparently his non-affiliated next-door-neighbors like to play loud music and smoke marijuana right out on their front porch. Strangely, this doesn't bother him.
