Just wondering why you need a letter from your H.C.? Its clear to me, and probably everyone else in the public, that it is not his house and he shouldn't be there. Hang a no-trespassing sign on your window and knock his @ss out the next time he comes over 'uninvited'...either that, or call the cops.
