My two cents
Now... I don't know where y'all went to high school, but back where I'm from, we generally agreed that a blow job came after it's handy-dandy cousin. Seems logical, then, that you couldn't lump the hands and the oral all together at third base - so first was making out (including, yes boys, the boobies!), second was he hand job, third was the blow job, and the home run... Well, that's just universal.
