I usually stop after my calves. Leave the feet to drip-dry on the bathroom carpet(s).

left-to-right, but I salt from right to left

open. ...but oddly enough,when I burp (or do something else), I still say "excuse me," even though and I live alone.

my face, then neck

9. When you wake up in the morning, do you brush your teeth first and then eat breakfast or do you eat breakfast first?
I'll usually brush first, especially if I know it's going to be 20 minutes or more before I eat. If I'm running late, don't have time for breakfast anyway.

10. what about your pants/jeans/slacks/etc.??? Left or right leg first, or both?
left leg. ...do people slide into their pants with both feet?? now that sounds like a needed-reality show.

11. And what about your socks (again)?

before I turned, oh, say 8 it was one at a time; now I sample.

again, being grown, I do the eat/drink parallel construction. But I make my children eat before they can drink.

17. When you eat your banana, do you peel and eat, or do you remove the peel completely, then eat?

usually the bathroom.

19. Do you turn the TV off before you go to sleep or do you sleep with it on?
tv off, but occasionally I'll set the bedroom stereo to sleep/timer.

20. Do you place your bra on your "parts" and snap it in the back or do you place the hooks in the front to snap and then adjust it?
DOES NOT APPLY. Now my jock when I play b-ball....never mind.

21. When you brush your teeth, do you wet the toothbrush before or after you put the toothpaste on it?
always wet the toothbrush first. I will, however, sometimes switch up and floss before I brush.

22. When you buy a CD, do you listen to the hit song all the time or do you listen to the whole thing first to see what other songs you may like?
I'll run through the whole CD and then put my favorites in heavy rotation.

23. When a hit song comes out, do you buy the CD single w/ snippets or album, or do you download?
Except for special artists that I just buy when it comes out (B. McKnight, Musiq, Indiarie) I use the 3-hit rule. If I don't hear 3 hits, I usually don't buy...at least for a year. For Gospel, I suspend the 3-hit rule; I just buy.

24. When a new movie comes out, do you go to see it during the opening weekend or do you wait until someone you know sees it first to find out if you'll waste your hard earned dinero to watch something you may not like?
Usually I'll wait because our people like to "converse" with the movie, and we will pack a theatre like "Amistad" when something first comes out.

25. If you hear that it's not worth wasting your money on, would you wait until it comes out on cable or rent the video/DVD?

26. When you cook, do you prepare all of your ingredients first and then cook everything or do you do prepare as you go along?
usually prepare all the ingredients.

27. Do you wash and rinse each dish individually or do you wash them all and then rinse them all?
I wash big pots/pans as I use them. Plates, glasses, silverware get done when I clean up the kitchen.

28. Do you wear socks, slippers or go barefoot when you're chillin at home?
socks in the winter; barefoot spring, summer and fall.

29. Do you like you foods to touch when you are eating… or does everything have to be separate?
if it's something nasty like beets, I like space. But since I ain't had to eat beets since I left home, this is much less of an issue now.

30. Do you look in people's medicine cabinets when you go into their bathroom for the first time?
...I've been known to peep, but that Southwest commercial where everything falls out has scared me offa that. So probably not now.
