Baby dies after drowning in bath

SURREY - A baby found face down in the water of a bathtub has died in Children's Hospital in Vancouver.
The 10-month-old Surrey infant was being bathed along with its two-year-old brother when the
father - who is 17 - left the bathroom to throw out a diaper.
While he was gone the baby slipped under the water.
The baby's mom was not home at the time.
The RCMP say there is no evidence of negligence.
The Children's Ministry is investigating.
