I am a little unfamiliar with how things are done in these FORUMS. There may be nothing to worry about, but I thought I should bring this to your attention. There is a situation at hand that is a matter of national security. Let's say there is a belligerent

, and 3-time convicted felon
who has been released from prison after serving hard time. If they attempt to once again become a member of society, aren't they suppose to let CIVILIZED people know about their prior records, even while entering a Chat Room?
