BUT, I will play the devil's advocate here. I wonder if the young lady was asking this question to lead into another convo about gender discrimination in our orgs. It's just like girls trying out for high school football. Or like the little girl who was on Oprah some years back because she wanted to join the Boy Scouts instead of the Girl Scouts (This led to a law suit, go figure). So maybe that's the reason for the silly (seemingly, to us, obviously not to Ruby00) question.
