Dear Brothers,

On Saturday, March 20, 2004, the Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity installed its newest chapter with the charter presentation of Pennsylvania Phi at Lycoming College located in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. The entire Executive Council and members of our Professional Staff participated in the weekend activities which was highlighted by a church ceremony and great banquet celebration that included many parents, faculty administration and the President of Lycoming College. The keynote speaker included Excessive Director Emeritus Dud Daniel Arizona Alpha '47 and a presentation of Phi Psi congratulatory gifts from across the country.

A special highlight of the charter installation included the visit of a large contingent of New York Kappa colony members of State Oneanta who traveled three hours to attend the Pennsylvania Phi banquet celebration.

The birth of Pennsylvania Phi represents our 15th active chapter in the state of Pennsylvania and in which the Fraternity is enjoying renewed activity within many local Alumni Association groups.

Our special thanks to Pennsylvania Phi Chapter Advisor Jose Rodriquez Pennsylvania Beta '87 and Faculty Advisor Timothy S. Carter Pennsylvania Phi 2004 of the Lycoming Faculty Administration who he himself was initiated as a founding father of Pennsylvania Phi and who together with Brother Rodriquez have been a strong guiding resource in the growth and success of Pennsylvania Phi.
