Lady Pi Phi is right. I had that at a Halloween party I went to last year. It had a "Canadian celeb" theme, so I don't know why they had fries with mayo, unless it was supposed to be dairy-free poutine (huh? if it's dairy free, it AIN'T POUTINE!)
