Even though Rae is still physically on this earth, Ms. Adams is still "better off" than he is. For those of us who believe in eternal life, know that our stay here is only temporary and those who are left are here to "suffer", if you will. So I think that Rae should have to "suffer" and will "suffer" for what he has done. Everyday will probably be a living hell for him. Now, he has to take responsibility for his actions. No longer can he use his "status" to "get over". It's a new ball game now. And, I am sure his time in jail will not be a "piece of cake".
Out of this tragedy, there is something positive, there is a child. Ms. Adams now, can "live through" this child and if nurtured correctly, will be able to become a "productive" person.
