We would survey our new members right after recruitment, to ask them about their experience. Inevitably, 1/2 the alphas would write in the comments section that they could've done with less touchy-feelies, while the other 1/2 commented that the hugs and shoulder squeezes made them feel at home. LOL. I guess we can't win!
