Hungry Jack has packets of flavored mashed potatoes. I tried them when my son got his wisdom teeth out. The garlic ones are GREAT! So tasty that if you happen to be out of milk, they still taste good made with WATER! All in the micro!
Salmon steaks-lemon juice, garlic salt, heavy dill. Broil apx 10 min each side.(I like mine REALLY done) Serve with Knorr Newberg sauce and rice. Success instant rice is better IMO than Minute Rice. Toss a couple of chicken bouillon cubes in the water to flavor the rice and when it's done, toss in some fresh chopped chives. This is good enough for company! You can also use your George Forman Grill for the salmon.
