One one line, one delivered the week before initiation, did her little one day stay in the hospital and kept going. She is still very active and is the treasurer of our chapter. On the other hand, her line sister delivered the day of initiation, we held a special one for her after she came home and we haven't seen her since.

On our last line we had a prospect who delivered the week after initiation and she now our social action chair.

So I say that to say, while they all looked ready to deliver at the Rush, they made it through and if we had of held it against them we would have missed out on at least two good workers.

I understand and agree but you know sometimes all we get is that first impression. And folks were murmuring during the rush about the few pregnant women there. Mainly about their ability to sacrifice that money and time. I'm not sure if they were granted interviews or if they applied really but I'm thinking it could have been a liability for them if they had.
