Hasnt Spain always had a problem with the Sectioin of the Country to the NE part who want to do their own thing!

What I just love, is when some little part of a Country want to Be Kings unto themsleves, what do they have to offer in the way of trade!?
All these little piss ants would be, is just another burden on the Country that they split from or some other Country! We Need $$$$!
Say for example a State or a Province wishes to take it self away from the Mother Country what then happens! Just Look at Russia!
