You seem to be oblivious to the truth... It is the same thing as using someone's name and slighting them... Just because there is not a current chapter there is NO excuse for your chapter running down another GLO!!!!!!!
And, even you just admitted that it will/could be a problem for an AOII expansion effort -- no matter how small of a problem it might be...
