I have decided to quit my job and started a company with three other people down here. It's a consulting/export-import company that mainly deals with trade between East Asia and Southern Africa. So far, we have put in a bid for consulting job with the Indonesian trade mission. Pay not the greatest because it's only a market survey. However, we have other projects in front of us. We are in the negotiation period for exporting South African wines to South Korea. We are also in the explatory stages in exporting logging equiptment form South Africa to Indonesia. Then, we are also importing jasmine tea from Indonesia to South Africa and exporting a grape based drink from South Africa to Indonesia. This is going to be my first time at actually running a company. Wish me luck, hopefully this will be successful and I can buy a house in camps bay and go surfing everyday.
