for the past 3 weeks now i have been thinking about getting a tattoo. i was close to getting one last week, but the tattoo place i went to didn't open until 45 minutes later. the guy told me that i could look around, i did and then decided to leave (yeah yeah...i chickened out, plus i didn't want to be there by myself
