Yeah, adpi*nurse! Do you like your shiny sink? What helps me the most is keeping my shoes on all day. At first I couldn't stand it, but now I can't function without them.
skerbow, you can still declutter & pick up in your house (in babysteps) but the zone work is more detailed cleaning- like baseboards, detail dusting, etc. For instance- zone 2: the kitchen- that week you work on straightening a drawer or cabinet, wiping off fan/vent-a-hood filters, clean under sink/throw away old rags. That's more detailed than just picking up the junk that collects on the counters.
I am totally not clean & organized by nature, but seriously when I make an effort to be, my husband follows along also.
One of the best parts for me has been the help with menu planning- it's saved me money by having something planned & not eating out nearly as much, and it's saved me lots of headaches trying to plan a meal at 5:30pm and realizing I have nothing thawed.
