Seriously though, usually the lady that gets it is somewhat surprised. At least in my chapter, men tend to be very fickle in the voting. People have very short memories when judging these types of things -- and it's not always fair. It's so unfortunate sometimes that only one person per year is chosen for this, because so many have been deserving.
