Actually, I have Crohn's Disease. At first the doctors in the ER thought I just didn't get enough fiber. That was impossible because all I ate was whole wheat products. Of course, they gave me Metamucil and told me to eat more fiber. Turns out that was just making the intestinal bleeding worse because my small intestine couldn't break it all down. It really sucks. I love fruit
